Run Services Locally

At this point, the infrastructure services required by the APIs and the web applications that use the local APIs have been started via docker compose. At this stage, you should run all modules using the "AllProjects" configuration you added to your editor. About 22 APIs need to come up locally. Once all APIs are running, the web_app and web_event services inside docker will also become healthy.
